Ingredients:

ounces
each) cream
cheese, softened
2 packages (2-1/2
ounces
each) thinly
sliced deli beef
12 stuffed olives,
chopped
2 teaspoons dill
weed
1 teaspoon prepared
horseradish
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
3 green spring
onions
6 miniature jelly
beans
1 small carrot

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese,
beef, olives, dill, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Finely chop
two small green onions; add to cream cheese mixture. On a large
platter, form cheese mixture into a bunny shape. Cover and refrigerate
for 8 hours or overnight.
Insert jelly beans for bunny's eyes, nose and buttons. Cut carrot
in half lengthwise; place cut side up above head for ears. Cut green
portion of remaining onion into six 2-in.-long pieces; place next to
nose for whiskers. Serve with vegetables and/or crackers. |

12oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/8 cup chopped fresh chives
1/8 cup chopped spring onions
Ground red pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Peppercorns (eyes)
1 Baby Carrot (nose)
2 pretzel sticks (arms)
2 green olives halved (buttons)

Directions:
Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, chives, onions and pepper till well blended. Divide into three balls (small, medium & large) Roll the balls in parmesan.
On the large cheese plate; put the small ball at the top for the head,
medium ball in the middle and the large at the bottom for the base of the snowman.
(for a small cheese plate use only the large and small ball) Decorate with eyes, nose, arms and buttons.
Serve with your favorite cracker, veggie or what ever you like. |

1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Directions:
BEAT cheeses and dressing in medium bowl with
electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
ADD onions and pepper; mix well. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
FORM into football shape; roll in pecans. Garnish
with pimiento strips or roasted red pepper strips for the "lacing," if
desired. Serve as a spread for the crackers.
